  • Designed and synthesized redox-active organometallic complexes for electrocatalytic small molecule activation, including the reduction of CO2 and unsaturated C-C bonds

  • Characterized charge-transfer kinetics and reaction mechanism using CV analysis, demonstrating electron-transfer rates in the presence or absence of protons for transition metal complexes

  • Multi-step synthesis of strict air/moisture-free conditions using Schlenk line and glove box, ensuring high purity and reproducibility
