Object: Development of materials that can detect various hazards, heavy metals and toxins, which could be exposed to real life.

Project 2: Development of Functional Noncentrosymmetric (NCS) Framework Materials         2010 - 2018

Object: Development noncentrosymmetric materials for nonlinear optics (NLO), piezoelectrics, ferroelectrics, and photoluminescence.

  • Designed novel NLO materials and introduced photoluminescence properties using lanthanide.

  • Categorized and elucidate the structure-property relationships for a series of NCS solid solutions.
